Couples Session | Katie + Dillon

I know I probably say this more frequently than I’m supposed to, but this is probably my favorite couples session to date. Katie is my stepsister so i’m a little biased but this session is just cute yall. We woke up pretty early so they would do a morning breakfast picnic by the lake. We went to Mosque Point Park at Lake Worth and there is a cliff that overlooks the lake and that’s where they had their picnic. Afterwards we walked down by the lake and they day dreamed about their destination wedding next November.

I didn’t shoot a bunch of film for this session as it was my first session with the new focus on nonposed activities. I wanted to put all my focus on ensuring the session was super connection based and not just them staring at the camera the whole time. These two are goofballs though so It went super smoothly. I did however, take a few 3D images with my RETO camera. This is super fun and one of my favorite 35mm cameras for play. In this context, it was great for givving spacial awareness into my imagery.
